    There are amazing people that you get to work with.

    there are lots of corporate politics, promotions are based on who you know vs. performance, change is constant, changing mangers, changing offices, changing policies, changing bonuses, changing everything all of he time with little or no notice.

    Really enjoyed the team I managed. Great training program for managers!

    Cons

    A Call Center can be very challenging to motivate a team. The employees were always having to call card members and it was challenging to keep them motivated while having to be on the phone all day.
