American Greetings Reviews
-
Pros
Since technically our department was part of Creative, we were equipped with ample technological resources. Fellow employees were interesting, and for the most part, pleasant.
Cons
Layoffs, layoffs, layoffs.
While I do realize that if you spend too much time worrying about your job, you will not do your job... the constant threat of layoffs was very distracting.Advice to Senior Management
When faced with outside criticism, stand up for your area.
