Pros – The Good news it's in your hands, no one can stand in your way to success. The systems are set up so you can obtain your goals and dreams regardless of the obstacle. This truly is an opportunity that allows indivduals to grow both personally and professionally. Mind , Body and Soul is constantly being talked about. Unbridled ambition coupled with honesty, integrity and trust. You wil be given a mentor from day 1 and throughout your career, people will be there to help you. The support really is unbelievable.
You are out there day in, day out pprotecting America's working people. There can not e too many careers rewarding as this one. The financial reality is you can achieve unheard of financial goals while a the same time feeling good that your doing good by protecting people and giving back.
Cons – It's hard work. People constantly need o blame their failure on others, or on circumstance, and you'll hear some former people gripe about this or that. The reality is we're all responsible for ourselves. If you work hard, follow the systems it's hard to fail. If you have problems with instruction, a know it all attitude and feel entltled, this is definetly not the career for you.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep doing what your doing with the bonuses. They get people excited. Keep up the schools and support people apprciate it.

Cons – They didnt allot me enough time to list all the pros :(

Pros – Growth - there are few other companies that will produce the personal and professional growth of an individual more than that which can be found at AIL.
Advancement - rarely, outside of this company, can you find a "senior" manager with no previous executive experience in a upper level management position within a year or two of beginning with a company/industry.
Shared experience - the only job I can imagine where I could (an college graduate with two bachelor degrees) recruit my best friend (a high school grad with no college education) to a company that will yield six-figure incomes (for driven individuals) by the end of the second year.
Cons – That I did not find this company sooner in my life.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep growing.

Pros – There are so many great things to say about American Income Life. The Agency that I work for is Surace-Smith out of the Toledo office. The biggest Pro to this company is the Leadership from the top of the top to my immediate supervisor. They motivate you and challenge you to be your absolute best. The stability is the second most impressive part of this company as this company is providing a product that is needed regardless of the economy. The paychecks are just another one of the many reasons that this organization is unbeatable to work for. Not only is the leadership great, motivation positive, and the work stable, and paychecks amazing, but the work environment is like a family - humor and fun is important part of a health environment, but most importantly, these people are family - there for each other whenever anyone needs it. With all of that being said the #1 pro to this company is that when I wake up in the morning I can't wait to get to work.
Cons – There are very few cons if any for working for this company. The biggest thing that may be perceived as a con is the amount of time that you should designate to master your craft. What you think is enough prior to joining you find out needs further development - this is where development and success is found. When I was hired, my manager was very clear on the challenges and what it will take. The process is not easy; however, it is worth it when you start to climb to the top of your potential.
Another thing that can be perceived as a con (or negative/difficult for people) is that leadership will not allow you to stay mediocre. The people I work with - leadership or not - have high standards. We count on each other in our office. This is not something that is always comfortable for people understanding that the responsibility we have to our clients is to be our best. It is ok to be pushed, its ok to be challenged, its ok to understand you can do better. That is what I found life is all about. Commit to success and those few cons that you see in the beginning turn out to be the catalyst to living an amazing life - not just financially.
Advice to Senior Management – Just keep doing what your doing, lead by example, motivate and encourage like your are currently doing. Continue to provide us with the teaching and resources that we use everyday to be successful.
