Pros – OK pay..good work hrs.Mon.through Fri.

Cons – Big gaps in commication.. throughout.no overtime

Current Employee – been working at American-Marsh Pumps

Pros – Still a fairly small mom and pop. The location is a great location. The software is up to date. Easy job with little experience needed. Health benefits are at a fairly reasonable price.

Cons – There's no advancement here. Though the company is fairly small, the management and general attitude of everyone is somewhat discouraging. No training. Salary is small and no raises.

Advice to Senior Management – If you want the business to acheive great things, you have to have that kind of a mind set. Stop with the mom and pop business and start with the professional business. If that means firing a friend who is stubborn and set in their ways and who is unwilling to change or cooperate, then fire them or demote them. Offer people a reason to come to work and to have a desire to work for you. Not all the management is bad, just some departments. Respect your employees and ask them how they are doing/feeling.
