    Pros

Relaxed dress code. Your fellow employes are enjoyable to work with.

    Cons

Impossible to get a raise. Micro management. Comp

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upper Management does not follow thru on pre hire promises. If you enjoy being micro managed then this might be a great job for you. If management makes a mistake they will blame the employees to upper management.
