    Pros

The training is great. The teach you all the formulas to sell the product. Base Salary is decent and commission structure is good.

    Cons

Salary structure changes every year. Don't let them fool you about 2 years down the line. Think about how much you can make this year that's it.

Upper management does not care for your input. They have an agenda already. Just go out there and Sell.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't keep changing the Salary structure or don't ask your sales team to imagine 2 years down the line.

I have been working at American Ratings Corp full-time

    Pros

Fabulous core values and management/co-workers that live them out, lots of opportunities to contribute creative ideas and problem solve, compensation is also creative and reflects small and large accomplishments, nature of the business results in having cream of the crop clients, nice balance of autonomy and accountability, elements of fun abound in many forms from contests to staff meetings to events hosted for clients.

    Cons

Demanding and lengthy interview process, heavy client load sometimes makes it a challenge to deliver ideal service to each client

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

While the lengthy interview process and training were very valuable and quite thorough and presented opportunities to be creative, they were too time demanding and intense and therefore not consistent with the admonishment to maintain personal balance. This limited aspect of the hiring/training process holds an opportunity for improvement.
