    Pros

The support from District Manager was outstanding. She never hesitated to offer help on ways to improve your store and your bottom dollar, and overall profit margin. Granted, she was limited in what she could do with getting product pushed out to the stores, as this was controlled by the Buy Team. Great benefits package, although the health insurance was a little pricey. Great balance of family and work life.

    Cons

Benefits were a little pricey. They were a little higher than with comparable sized companies.
