    Pros

8-5 or 7-4 Monday thru Friday Relaxed work environment

    Cons

My friend from Mckeesport (only 2 miles away with tons of experience) couldnt get hired because he lived in Mckeesport. The company feels Mckeesport is full of druggies and thieves Mgt have tunnel vision and fear being outwitted with new hires. Large turnover in Accounting Dept.

    Advice to Management

You need to change to grow And hire local. Give people a chance

    Pros

One of the few manufacturing companies left in Pittsburgh. Company has a rich history and has been around for 86 years.

    Cons

Archaic policies reminiscent of the 1950's. Flexible work schedules and telecommuting are not permitted.

    Advice to Management

Be open to change. If you want employees to be happy and loyal, you have to offer a more flexible work environment.
