Details
Pros
One of the few manufacturing companies left in Pittsburgh. Company has a rich history and has been around for 86 years.
Cons
Archaic policies reminiscent of the 1950's. Flexible work schedules and telecommuting are not permitted.
Advice to Senior Management
Be open to change. If you want employees to be happy and loyal, you have to offer a more flexible work environment.
