Pros – The compensation was ok as well as the benefits
Cons – No flexability
No room for growth if in the call centeri
Pros – Very good place to work because of the managers, package, and self made pay check! Work =Money! You also help people at the hardest times very rewarding!
Cons – Non-stop! From 7am Monday until when it is done! Can be at 10pm which stinks! Can be upsetting when you lose a customer! Or when they are just unable to pay!
Advice to Senior Management – Keep it up and work at it! I know few jobs can have such extremes of vixtory and defeat vut that is the nature of the beast!
Pros – Online training, some good products to sell
Cons – Absolutely no support, no compensation for training, equipment, costs of doing business for them. Massive waits on being paid and for business to clear. Even though you are their agent you are totally on your own.
Advice to Senior Management – For new agents they need to provide more hands on training and not just the internet site. Also they need to provide a beginning salary to help an agent establish him/herself with a clientele and provide for training and licensing.
