Pros – Good Benefits, pay, nice work from home days

Cons – Lack of communication, people are promoted to management or leadership position who have NO people skills. No clear direction on projects or requests.

Advice to Senior Management – Communicate better. Make sure managers are qualified to "manage" or "lead" others.

Cons – job security, company president, corporate financial decisions.

Advice to Senior Management – Do a better job considering the costs to the company and the effects on employees when making major changes. i.e opening,. closing and moving offices.

Cons – Untimely reorganization was detrimental to departments and selection processes for remaining centers was not thought through completely.

Pros – The benefits package and professional attitude conveyed by all departments from HR to Senior Management and support services in between. Wonderful group of professionals with whom to be associated.

Cons – I would have preferred a much closer alignment between what I perceived the position entailed with my day to day activities. I guess I prefer a much more transactional environment in this particular role and the position has a more strategic character to it.

Cons – finger-pointing, always looking for a fall-guy, talks a good game but doesn't walk the walk

Excellent Benefits
Good pay
Strong industry and more secure then others
Employees are treated with respect and dignity

Cons – Sometimes not as forward thinking and moves more slowly in that venue. Requires an idea to be put forward multiple times in some instances before it takes hold and moves forward.

Advice to Senior Management – Continue to move forward in our beliefs and values. While we are a regulaqted Company and do not have direct competion,we need to continue to act like a competitive organizaiton in order to be the best we can be.
