    I worked at Americash

    Pros

Will give you chance if you show some snap.
    Bonuses are attainable.
The owner will listen to suggestions.
For the most part a friendly customer base,
    Relaxed dress code.

    Cons

Through the suggestion of GM company switched to one person running the location except one day out of the week, way too much work for one person.

Some great employees get passed up for promotions due to not being part of the good ole boy network.

Corporate administrator is a know it all and doesn't listen to your concerns.

After being robbed, no compassion, instead of putting up proper security they installed cctv to spy on employees instead of something to protect employees.

Fellow employees will go through your belongings to see if there is something they can report back to corporate, for their own personal gain.

    Incentive programs became non existent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Once this company was the Titans of the industry in terms of growth and turnover. Stop making poor decisions on who you bring in as GM, it's destroying morale. A great indication on where this company was headed should have been when your whole upper management staff quit and losing a VP twice! The competitions that we used to have between the branches were great and kept everyone motivated, once you cut that out what else is left? Being that you offered no real benefits. Terry stop being so cheap and pay your people, then you may be able to retain some of the great talent you once had.
