Structure could use some improvement, but very satisfied with the communication from field employees to senior management.

Lots of freedom. Upper management allows you to do things your way and will stand back untill you mess up.
Cons
No raises, no bonuses, no culture with in the company. No future growth above location management. Needs more overall structure.
Advice to Senior Management
Don't be so closed off to your employees. Satisfaction and happiness of employees should be number 1 priority. Bonus plans need!
Pros
This is a good company for college students. They give decent hours when working part time, and the most amount of hours will be done during the weekends. Fair salaries for the amount of work you do. Also the hours can be chosen to best accommodate your schedule, they have various hours. Very simple to learn and since it is very repetitive time flies by. If you love cars, this is the perfect job for you.
Cons
Wears you down, running under sun, (or rain) for the entire day. Great way to workout while getting paid though. The tip system they have is kind of fishy but fair. Sometimes the customer will not leave until after closing hours, and in most cases you will have to stay until the customer appears.
Advice to Senior Management
Review a better tip system. Sometimes it is very unfair, specially for new members.
