Pros
Fun group of people. good work/life balance
Cons
Management sometimes a little unprofessional.
Pros
The health benefits are decent and the company is not open on Good Friday. Salaries are adjusted to compete with the market.
Cons
Those promoted to management are not trained on how to deal with people; they're just promoted and let loose to do their jobs. Of course, many do not care about actually MANAGING people, they just want the money.
Advice to Senior Management
Spend the dollars and train your management team; if you want to keep the best talent learn how to treat them.
Pros
Excellent Healthcare benefits, especially in this day and age.
This is a company that has a LOT of potential to be a GREAT company, both in relations to it's customers and it's employees but for some inexplicable reason chooses not to-instead distancing themselves from their customers (while playing lip service to how important they are) and treating their hourly employees with less regard afforded to lab rats and farm animals.
Cons
Absolutely no advancement unless you fit their management 'mold'. No diversity in thought, anyone that is not in lockstep with management is viewed with suspicion.
Management is top heavy, ineffectual and apathetic toward their direct reports.
The sames mistakes and problems happen repeatedly with management never taking any responsibility for them or doing anything or looking into the why/how these problems keep occurring and the possibility of changing their processes and procedures.
Salaries are not the greatest, no bonuses for hourly employees (not even token christmas bonuses) despite the fact management receives bonuses for mediocre (at best) performance and the company is doing very well financially in this desperate economy.
Advice to Senior Management
TALK to your customers. TALK to your non-salaried employees. Better yet, LISTEN to them, you just might learn a thing or two.
Pros
Good way to get your foot in the door of the pharmaceutical industry
Cons
Will work you to death
Advice to Senior Management

Pros
high pay for picking pills
good health benefits
401k match
free giveaway every 6 months
incentive pay so the harder you work the more pay you get.
Cons
depressing atmosphere.
supervisors dont communicate with you
hr only cares about your numbers and could care less about morale.
incentive pay creates an atmosphere of competition instead of promoting teamwork
Pros
Hours are basically M-F 8 to 5. They give you money if they get a favorable sales. They have good dinners and suprise pizza lunches in the warehouse.
Cons
No retirement, you need to get 401 k and save for your own. Benefits is mediocre and it would be nice if they celebrate more holidays, no christmas parties or anything.
Company changing and many departments are merged or eliminated all together
Advice to Senior Management
None except quit taking such a high paycheck and work on keeping everyone employed, finding more opportunities to promote within.
Pros
Good benefits , good tea vending machine
Cons
BT has horrible hours, most of the middle management has zero management experience. Please don't join SAP team, it sucks. They are blood sucker and will make you work like slaves.
Advice to Senior Management
Salvery is still there!!!
Pros
Amazing benefits (health, employee stock program). I think it is a good starting place for college grads to learn the business.
Cons
There are several different sub divisions of the company, and management styles tend to vary within each division. I would recommend ASD Healthcare or ICS. I would never recommend US Bioservices because of high turn around and poor management.
Advice to Senior Management
Management is some divisions are often times very unsympathetic to the needs of the workers.
Pros
There's room for growth and you get to learn alot from my current job.
Cons
Not many positions open up
Pros
Good evironment, flexible with time off if needed, company provides quick access to food establishments on premises, gym on premises, excellent benefits
Cons
Managers need continous training to deal better with employee issues
Advice to Senior Management
Management must go through management training before being given managerial responsibilities
