    I worked at Ameritec

    Pros

Talented group of people to work with
    Fun and friendly environment
    Great niche product set
Demanding but fair schedules and work load

    Cons

Product niche is disappearing so company has been shrinking rather than growing so this limits opportunities for advancement. If your job function starts to shrink, you need to be prepared to expand your skill set.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to find a way to expand product line and break into new markets. The telecom market continues to shrink. Management needs to start thinking outside the box and be creative.
