Pros
Great co-workers, good benefits, lots of job satisfaction seeing the projects you worked on out there in the field.
Cons
Managment by intemidation. (Fortunately, middle management buffers the rought stuff.) Almost no career path and little opportunity for advancement. Feeling like hands are tied in moving the company forward in product and market development.
Advice to Senior Management
Listen more to the customer's needs, wants, and desires. Be willing to be more creative and supportive in the area of product development.
