Difficult to move to different roles eventhough it is supposedly promoted.
Pressure to find a new role after 18 months and feel demoralise when it's difficult to find another role within the company.
Exceptionally high expectations from leader - no room for error.

Be supportive of role transition after the 18 months period.

Pros

Management is very good with the employees. My manager was the best one I have worked with over the years working in the job industry.

Very high pace. Federal regulations and compliance were top priority and had to be correct. Work hours could be long at times.
