Managers should impart Skill trainings rather thank hire from out side world. Employees are best resourse to beleive in terms of integrity and quality to achive revenue linked objectives and prevent many unexpected issues

Amex has reputation, good working environmental, good salary and bonuses and other allowances. Suppor from collegues are exceptional.

Pressure to find a new role after 18 months and feel demoralise when it's difficult to find another role within the company.

Management is very good with the employees. My manager was the best one I have worked with over the years working in the job industry.

Very high pace. Federal regulations and compliance were top priority and had to be correct. Work hours could be long at times.
