This is AmEx Pharmacy not AMEX stock exchange

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThis company is really one to stay away from, the reviews are great here-but they are not for this company-It is in FL,and has only 1 location

ConsEverything going on here is underhanded ,they only use the employees. Terrible management ,does not care about people. Lowest pay in industry, but will lie and tell you that you will make a fortune. NO benefits for 90 days-nothing !!

Advice to Senior ManagementStop hiding behind good Companies name to try to make yourself look good. Greed will ultimately cost you your staff and customers.

ProsManagement is very good with the employees. My manager was the best one I have worked with over the years working in the job industry.

ConsVery high pace. Federal regulations and compliance were top priority and had to be correct. Work hours could be long at times.

American Stock Exchange - A Company that had little promise and narrow future...

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
    New York, NY

ProsThe hours were great. When the market closes, it's time to punch the clock. Thats always a good thing. Other than that, there are none. They've been acquired and will not exist in name going forward.

ConsManagement enables non-team players to languish in roles that do not fit them, causing toxci relationships with co-workers and do not get rid of them until there is a layoff which is cowardly. Usually this type of person deserves to be fired.

Advice to Senior ManagementLearn to be bold and adventurous. Leadership should not be taken for granted. Earn the trust of your employees. Be sure that the choices you all make are about a greater future for the company and not just to make you look good.
