Pros – Good entry level opportunity and will help boost your resume. The company is growing rapidly with growth comes great opportunity. They are hiring at a very fast pace, if you are looking for work they have an open door policy.
Cons – Poor compensation, leadership and management, poor work conditions. The company only appreciates senior management. The other employees do not matter to them.
Advice to Senior Management – Attend workshops on team building initiatives and how to manage staff. Stop being dishonest, evenutally the truth will surface.

Former Employee – worked at Amneal Pharmaceuticals
Pros – Lots of OT. For a talented individual, lots of opportunity. Company is growing exponentially and has a promising future as compared to other companies.
Cons – Company very biased, some serious FDA and OSHA issues which when addressed to senior management are often ignored. Very hazardous workplace. Very dusty from products that are being manufactured, Senior VP of operations non-concerned of the welfare of the people who work there. Compensation is very low when compared to similar positions at other companies. Benefits are the lowest you could expect. There are holidays, but you are expected to work them, during inclement weather, you are expected to be at work.
Advice to Senior Management – Offer better compensation, especially for skilled positions, you cannot expect to have a good maintenance team when you only pay these individuals $5.00 an hour less than any other company in the area. A better benefits package goes a long way also. Stop bragging about how much you're making or at least share your success with the people who work hard everyday making the products you offer. Get a senior vp of operations who is willing to listen and implement suggestions to making the operations department run more efficient, safer and adhering to fda standards.

Former Employee – worked at Amneal Pharmaceuticals for more than 3 years
Pros – Good for entry level . You can have good experience at entry level position . You can learn how to work at fast pace.
Cons – Very very low salary for the highly skilled position. You can not even survive on that salary in a very expensive long island area of New York.
There is definitely no growth opportunity for your career. Work like labor everyday. Management is very poor.No appreciation of your work. Not even good benefits.Decisions based on bias and partiality.Management do not count your work and efforts when time comes to provide benefits to employee.
Advice to Senior Management – Do not think management would ever improve.
