Pros

Cons
Senior Managment makes a lot of unilateral decisions. Makes promises it doesn't keep. Has trouble listening or hearing what employees can contribute. More of a closed minded vs. open minded approach to doing business.
Advice to Senior Management
Need to be more open to new ideas and new approaches to managing people. Company would benefit from opening up its inner circle, and having more of a give and take with its employees.
Pros
The pay is very good , benefits are ok , most of the people there want to do a good job and want to make a good product.
Cons
The management is out of touch , the new managers have no clue how to run the factory and i fear in the long run we will see the rest of our jobs go overseas. The older managers are afraid to stand up to management for fear of losing their jobs ! a very sad situation.
Advice to Senior Management
Start listening to the people that know how to make good parts , take away the fear factor in management they do know what they are doing.

No career paths
Almost no staff, and little to no support
Competitive with sister divisions
Hard to work with a company that doesn't respect the work of others
Priorities shift with the wind with no real advancement in anything, just spinning the wheels
Advice to Senior Management
Learn to work with employees instead of against them, too many times navigation through the company was impeded by internal politics at Germany.
Pros
Balance of work and life is possible depending on what position you are at. The people and culture is very nice and laid back. Dress code is business causal.
Cons
Managment is under heavy stress due to the lack of staffing and the large amount of growth within the company. People tend to get spread way to0 thin. Heavy work load at the top due to size of managment force. Salaries can vary depending on location.
Advice to Senior Management
Continue to look for high level canidates for positions, look to expand staffing.
