My feeling is that the management is already well aware of what it should be doing For management, the ways are very clear..Hence no cons.

    Pros

Job security is assured. The management will defend you no matter how bad you perform. You get accommodation and food right within the campus( of course you have to pay for it.)

    Cons

a lot of unnecessary work apart from teaching has to be performed. You cannot take a break for a couple of days easily. You have to maintain a lot of unnecessary records. Treatment is not exactly impartial. If you get to be a malayali you are very lucky if you know what i mean.
