Great office environment, very friendly coworkers.

    Cons

Very results driven and fast paced. Steep learning curve for anyone who has not had experience working for a large global company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More transparency and conversations about potential full-time hiring, throughout the internship and even as early as interviewing for the internship.

    Cons

Culture shift away from loyal, long tenured employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Revisit the companies past growth - did it come from new "every 2" employees - or those loyal, deeply rooted and passionate staffers who took the time to learn and grow to love the business model and its distributors.

I have been working at Amway full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Good benefits, pay - generally good people.

    Cons

To compartmentalized, left hand and right don't know what each other are doing. Depending on job room to advance. Contradictory goals between business units.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Align departments and groups to utilize the strengths. Marketing, branding, creatives and printing departments should be aligned under one group. Not split all reporting to different uplines.
