    Pros

    Anacomp is on the move! They already have industry-leading processes and they are leveraging their strengths to new areas in adjacent markets. I can't say too much about where they are going but there is a great opportunity here for people who can visualize the potential and then help to make it happen.

    Cons

    No opportunity is without some requirement for real work. Whether it is going that extra mile to make sure that things go right or in taking time to really get your head into a process and recognizing your contingencies and risks. Success offers its own gratification but you need to be willing to do the work.

    Advice to Management

    I would suggest that you should give your data analysts a trip to Hawaii, onoacounta they would like that.

    Pros

    Support, fairness, understanding, great training, resourses, professional, great offerings, solid product, innovative, competitive compensation, staff appreciation, home office, great benifit package and retirement plan. Community involvement, Troop support... I could go on!

    Cons

    I know its not common, however, I haven't found any challenges in working for Anacomp. I have found Anacomp to say what the mean, mean what they say and do what they said they were going to do.

    I have been working at Anacomp full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    The pay is decent for the industry. There was one nice co worker there but otherwise the environment is just toxic from top(incompetent management) to bottom.

    Cons

    Maybe for higher level positions the situation is different but for the core of the business, the people that actually complete the jobs, document scanner, indexers, preppers his has to be one of the worst companies in the business of doc management. Incompetent uneducated leadership who often are having work inappropriate discussions, who just have been in the jobs they have a really long time. Constant intimidation with at will employment status hanging over your head is the norm and employees arent treated as humans. Obviously positive reviews are from indispensable upper management or people detached from the day to day environment and favored employees, there is much bias it's all politics and popularity contest. This review is more for agencies, businesses looking to use these services to know how employees are treated. At least find a company without so many bad reviews or fake inflated reviews you're basically enabling bad behavior because the sooner this business goes under the better.

    Pros

    The potential for new business is extremely promising and the growth is unlimited. The infrastructure is well developed and the support team helpful and willing to pitch in. Our future in markets that we are targeting should show immediate impact and success due to our planning, research, internal expertise and execution. I made the change to come here recently and have enjoyed the experience immensely.

    Cons

    A new job can be stressful and traumatic but my transition is moving along smoothly. We are just now ramping up in new markets which can affect the ability to reference prior successes. Growing pains are to be expected.

    Advice to Management

    Continue the process of bringing on new and talented resources.
