“Great atmosphere to work.”
I worked at Anaconda Party part-time for less than a year
Pros – Lots of moral among lower level employees. Fun atmosphere to work in. Aware of problems and making the effort to fix them.
Cons – Lack of operational excellence -- supply chain management was dismal. Often times having to tell customers that certain stock had not arrived, even though it was in the catalog for that week.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
