Pros

I worked with a great group of people in my department. My immediate supervisor was very knowledgeable, very fair. He understood the job that I had to get done and supported me in every way. Loved the work schedule.

Cons

Once they made the merge with the other company, there seemed to be some favoritism that played out. Sadly, there were some individuals that were let go.

Advice to Senior Management

Wish the job hiring was easier to get through. I knew two people that worked at Anadarko and it was only through those contacts that I was able to get hired. I had previously submitted my resume "online" and never received a response.
