I love my job!!
When your off, your off for two weeks straight and generally don't have to worry at all about work!Cons
At work your commited for two weeks straight in the Gulf of Mexico, away from home and family.
I still love my job!Advice to Senior Management
Dont push political views quite as forcefully (corporate management).
