"Throw others under the bus" environment
Performance reviews untimely
Management plays favorites
Too much office gossip
Advice to Senior Management
Management needs to communicate performance feedback to its employees in a more timely manner. Because work is assigned by one director within a department, personal favorites are usually given preference. The environment does not foster growth, and promotions usually lag behind comparable firms.
