I have been working at Anchor Packaging

    Pros

They are stable, one of the few local employers expanding productions. They do have a promote-from-within philosophy and great benefits.

    Cons

Watch out for the politics and buddy networks. Be sure to keep your friends close and your enemies even closer.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please listen to us, ask us for solutions instead of coming up with silly ideas from your glass tower that are not only unpractical, but impossible to work through.
