Pros* Small company (40 employees), big work area, motivated employees, and friendly colleagues.
* Great Mission and Product
* Fast growth trajectory - the company will become very big in coming few years.
* Well funded, Good revenues, and profitable for last 2 years.

Cons* Company is at the cusp of growth, making it slightly unorganized.
* The product still needs many improvements.

Advice to Senior Management* Keep up the good work.

ProsMid-range salary for the tech industry

Cons-Bad management
-Product doesn't work and falsify reports to clients
-Threatening to staff
-No meetings; poor communication between departments
-Undefined roles
-Lots of gossip and bad power trips
-Management has bias towards females and ethnic minorities
-If you don't speak Russian, you will feel isolated
-Unhealthy food
-Unethical behavior
-Options never granted to employees
-Mundane, mindless work

Advice to Senior ManagementShut down your business.

ProsThe product itself has interesting idea and I am able to do greencard process.

ConsHours are very long and pay is low, but company provides help with immigration.

ProsThe office contains a gym, footsball, a pool table, ping pong, free food and drinks.
Convenient location in Mountain View.
Very friendly team

ConsSome organizational items are not streamlined, requires more steps. Mainly because of small size of company, so hope will be improved in near future.
