    Pros

Ample opportunities to learn and grow.

    Cons

Work life balance can be difficult to manage as being "on-call" 24/7 is expected.

    Pros

A lot of knowledgeable people about the industry

    Cons

Lack of work/life balance - long hours! Too many processes create unnecessary extra work. Morale appears low.

    Pros

Company Culture within the company is good, I get along with everyone there

    Cons

After working there for so many years, I've seen the way we handle clients and it's not proper. There needs to be more attention in detail, which they lack.

    Advice to Management

Learn to have open discussion, understand criticism. The CEO is nice, but never there, half of management calls in sick or leaves early. What example are you setting?

    Pros

Most of the employees are really nice people.

    Cons

Work/life balance is poor and management does not care. Salaried employees are frequently expected to work nights and weekends to meet poorly planned deadlines. Management is more about playing political games than providing results. Good people are fired fairly often without notice but many leave on their own.

    Pros

The real unfortunate thing about Anderson is there are some very intelligent people who work here, but management doesn't care to tap into their strengths so...those smart individuals eventually move on which is why they're always hiring.

    Cons

No real opportunity for job growth Lack of work/life balance Most of the management is out of touch Morale is extremely low among everyone No innovation

    Advice to Management

It seems like the more competent you are, the more they pile on you and allow the inefficient ones to get paid the same or more to do much less. There isn't much positive reinforcement however there is a lot of time spent making sure every error is addressed. All the processes are behind the times and all they do is keep creating new procedures for people to follow that contribute to the immense amount of overtime hours I've endured. They call all their procedures "quality control" but there is no limit to all the time wasting activities that need to be completed in order to get a simple mail job out the door. The morale is consistently low yet no one in management seems to care enough to take action because they themselves aren't excited to come here each day either. There seems to be such simple solutions to boost the overall discouraged tone, but with the current decision makers things will remain the same.
