    Company ceased operations in February 2009.

    The company has a truly hands off management approach and gives you the freedom and latitude to get the job done.

    Cons

    Company struggles with communication and keeping key players in the loop. There is also a lack of clear process development and a real failure to replace non performers in critical key areas.

    The company needs to develop a management philosophy that encourages job growth, and establish a career path process for younger up and coming performers...... out with the old in with the new
