The company has a truly hands off management approach and gives you the freedom and latitude to get the job done.

Cons

Company struggles with communication and keeping key players in the loop. There is also a lack of clear process development and a real failure to replace non performers in critical key areas.

Advice to Senior Management

The company needs to develop a management philosophy that encourages job growth, and establish a career path process for younger up and coming performers...... out with the old in with the new

Pros

Many people that work for this company stay for many years because they are not qualified to do anything else. They do a great job of promoting from within but most of them shouldn't be promoted.

Cons

Management doesn't provide the necessary staffing to handle to work load. The equipment that they use is unsafe and should be taken off the road. I have worked for them for 3 years and have been thru three restructures. Many of their customers are not satisfied with the work they provide and they are not willing to take the steps needed to improve their quality.

Advice to Senior Management

Clean house and fire all of the low level managers.
