    Pros

    Some decent USA made products that compete with 3M bandages

    Cons

    Owner / CEO treats people as commodity and has rage fits. He does not play by the rules when paying bonuses. The product category is very commodity oriented. Turnover is way above medical device norms. Morale is horrible whenever the CEO is in the building.

    Empower your senior team leaders and stop destroying morale with rage fits and micro management in every department.

    Pros

    Freedom to devise your own schedule - small company, more flexibility with pricing, contracts, etc.

    Cons

    owner is a SCROOGE. Senior leadership is terrible, micro managing, unrealistic quotas and expectation and NO STRUCTURED COMMISSIONS. Bonus is given based on owner's pockets. It's all discretionary. Bonus is around $5K - $10K a YEAR. For all the duties of calling on end-users, distribution, etc. throughout MULTIPLE CITIES you will be GROSSLY UNDERPAID.

    There are no pros here, only cons.

    Cons

    Three new VP's in two years no one displaying leadership, in fact just the opposite. People hired and fired constantly, no tenure people left, sales declining in all divisions. The company heavily in debt and will be sold in a year max. Don't get caught in that vortec. They will tell you its a great place to work, just walk around and ask people how long they have been there.

    Sell the company, you have destroyed it and salvage whats left. 90% of the sales are commodity products and everyone is buying on price.
