I have been working at Andritz AG as an intern for less than a year
Pros – + Market Leader in their fields
+ Generally great Co-Workers
Cons – - At least as a Design Engineer the work is relatively boring, a paper machine remains a paper machine
- It feels like there is some kind of underlying conflict between management and workfloor
