ProsThey sometime gave you a check that was alright.

ConsThis organization, or the one they had in-charge, had no clue of what he was doing.

Advice to Senior ManagementIt would be in your best interest to get someone caring, instead of someone just out to get a pay check.

forced to work off the clock, cheated on hours and pay not worth getting hired

Prosyou can pick your own hours, the job is easy and interesting and is a nice 2nd job to have. the employees are wonderful.

Consthey tell you to clock in at 6:15 and start paying you at 6:30. They expect you to work off the clock, change call times without notifying employees, request you to come to Mandatory meetings and at the last possible moment, make the meeting "Voluntary" so they don't pay you. They told me (usher at a theater) I HAD to wear slacks as skirts were a safety risk! They refused to hire older ushers and you are required to have internet as they refuse to communicate by telephone. No wonder the longest employees Andy Frain has is 3 years. Previous employer had ushers with 20 years experience and seniority. the lack of respect is disgusting. sadly I love the theater and my fellow ushers! the company divides their employees, arena people get incentives and theater and other venues are treated like the step child at the family reunion.

Advice to Senior Managementstart paying your employees the hours they work. give them some respect and pay them correctly. and stop being so darned cheap.

Andy Frain is alright

Security Officer (Current Employee)

I have been working at Andy Frain

ProsThe job is super easy. You sit around and check in and out trucks. There isn't much responsibility other than that.

ConsIt doesn't pay very well. 9/hr barely pays to support my lifestyle which is mostly just the essentials. It sucks working with grumpy truck drivers all day. And the WORST part of the job is working in the rain or when it's cold.

Advice to Senior ManagementProvide better methods of doing the job. There are much simpler ways to do the tasks we have to. Your methods are too complex for such a simple job. Don't over complicate it.
