Pros
Some good industry people on operations, but not managing the business wisely.
Cons
Very little infrastructure reinvestment and poor commitment to maintenance and equipment upgrading.
Advice to Senior Management
Managing the cashflow may be all important, but reinvestment is required for efficiency.

Pros
Angelica headquarters is located in a nice business park in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Angelica is a leader in the hospital linen business.
Cons
Angelica's management is biased and does not treat everyone equally.
Most people that work at Angelica are not happy with their jobs.
Advice to Senior Management
Institute ethical behavior across the board at all levels of management.
Honestly evaluate all VPs, senior managers and directors to determine their worth and then clean house.
