Pros
Good training ground for entry level graduates.
Cons
Unethical company. Not for long term employment.
Advice to Senior Management
Please, take a business ethics class.
Pros
good benefits for now, pay is good. Work load and hours are fair. Training is decent, although it was better.
Cons
Company is focused more on cost savings now than quality. Safety is not as much of a concern as it once was. Management is poor.
Advice to Senior Management
recognize your employees, focus more on doing the right thing instead of pointing blame. Listen to the employees that have been around awhile.
Pros
The pay was good and the experience you get is enough.
You obtain a good amount of training in order to get another job.
Cons
There needs to be a clear sense of direction within management. The hourly workforce look down upon your job and the way you are treated by management.
Advice to Senior Management
Felt that the people that were rewarded were not always doing the work. There should be more advancement based upon the whole package and not upper management playing favorites.
Pros
Working in an exciting environment with fun people.
Cons
Shift work and weekends, but the pay was nice...

Pros
the old company was a lot of fun, I enjoyed coming to work, and spending time with my fellow employees.
New company had to change, no doubt about that.
Cons
The new company, while not "bad" - isn't as much fun for the simple fact that everyone else is not happy - so much talent and friends are leaving
Advice to Senior Management
Take the good part of the old company, and the good part of the new company and mix them, then have a good working environment.
Pros
I was an IT contractor for over a year doing desktop support. I met a lot of interesting people and the office atmosphere always felt much more comfortable and casual than some of the other businesses that I've worked for in the past. The management was always supportive and they seemed to have clear objectives and goals for the company.
Cons
Any IT employee that works remotely has to be a contractor. It's an HR policy. I don't know if this policy has changed since the InBev buyout. I eventually left, because I needed to advance my career and I no longer wanted to be a contractor. I definitely miss working there.
Advice to Senior Management
Management needs to change some of the policies regarding contractors.
Pros
great perks! left alone to do your job
Cons
Very little communication about your performance.... Starting to do away with a lot of benefits.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep open and honest communication with your employees.
Pros
Flexible hours, good pay and benefity
Cons
Good old boys club for those that stay.
Advice to Senior Management
Have a morfe open mind when recruiting. Thare are alot of brilliant people out there. Stop the nepotism.
Pros
Great environment to work, people are fun and exciting...great benefits and retirement plan match. It is a glorious jog for someone right out of college.
Cons
Many expectations since InBev has stepped in... there is not much room for advancement in the company now and people have been stuck in their position for some time
Advice to Senior Management
Management has their hands tied since the take over from InBev... although they do a great job of motivating their reps
Pros
Interesting work
Great people
Casual work environment
Cons
Lack of career direction/path
Base Salary below market rate
Advice to Senior Management
Put more value to your technical employees
