    Pros

The company culture is very uplifting, and you will do well here if you click with your team. The women (a few men) that work here are the same would would expect to shop at LOFT or Ann Taylor, or J CREW and Madewell. So basically if your that type, maybe head of your sorority in college and have fashion sense then this is perfect for you. The is a strong sense of community and female empowerment. There is room fro growth, and usually depends on professional relationships. Treat freelance employees well.

    Cons

On the other hand, it can be a place with a lot of cliques and almost feels like high school all over again, this create ineffective communication across departments. Communication is not always a strong point here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My advice would be to make sure employees at every level feel valuable and improve on the work-life balance.

    Pros

The company really moved through a transformation in 2010/2011 where they cultivated a culture focused on the interests of and relationships with their customers and their employees. The executive team embodied this new culture and showed a vested interest in people.

    Cons

Certain departments have heavy work hours
