Ann Taylor Reviews

Pros
The co-manager and sales leads are wonderful people to work with. They make coming to work a pleasure. I enjoy the 50% discount on full priced items.
Cons
A store manager can make a difference. Unfortunately, all the employees I work with cringe when they know they're working with our store manager. Her treatment of the employees is unprofessional and demeaning.
Advice to Senior Management
Ann Taylor managers give us a yearly evaluation. I think corporate should ask the employees to evaluate our store managers. The best way to work is as a team and having a manager that the employees respect and appreciate can make a big difference in sales, attitude and overall production.
