    Experience was Disappointing.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsDesign and products of this company are top notch. They are a leader in the industry in the product that they produce. The possibilities there are endless.

ConsThe organizational culture is based on fear and there are only two different managerial styles offered there: micromanagement and crisis management.
They say they are a family owned company and that is from the top down. Because of the family, they look to blame others when things fail and the company is more concerned about who's to blame rather than fixing the problem. They are not interested in any idea that threatens their control over everything and everyone. Someone else will always be to blame and most are more concerned about being fired or let go. Finally, employees are treated differently throughout. Managers lack the ability to manage and your job will dictate how you are treated.

Advice to Senior ManagementFirst piece of advice is to let low level managers manage. People have the title but nobody has the responsibility. Second piece of advice is to change your culture. Your current management styles promote the bare minimum instead of the highest levels of quality and commitment. Third piece of advice is to change your thinking. Just because someone is not an engineer there does not give you the right to treat them differently. Another piece of advice to look within yourselves to identify the true problem. You will not be able to keep turning over employees that you feel are non-essential because you feel they lack the loyalty and work ethic. Employee behavior will always be dictated by management and if you do not understand that, then you will constantly have the same problems. Final piece of advice is to be open to new ideas of doing things. You will not be able to function much longer by doing things the way they have always been done.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
