    Not good for contractors

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsGood for singles or married with no kids and veterans of the company

    Cons- Not good for contracting
    - Do not define the requirements properly as they don't know how to stick to it .
    - not good for women with kids , do not regret ...There are lot of dissatisfaction around and people are looking forward to leave not because of company but because of stringent and arrogant managers. This company works better for youngsters and singles or veterans of the company .Veterans of the company grew along with the company and they all are great , so , this company works more like a family owned company than as a corporate level because there is no flexibility to the one in need and with the managers like mine , if you are in trouble and not a veteran , they throw some remark to kick us out.

Advice to Senior Management- Stick to what was promised as per the requirements
    - Managers have to be taught that meeting the goals is what is important not the situation of the family life and clearly stating for possibly not fit for NFCU culture is called discriminating.
    - Probably, they have to learn to state the NFCU rules at the entry and before the exit not just remembering to state bad remarks. This will be achieved with trainings to them while they waste lots of time chatting.
    - Contractors as well your employees should have one on one with their higher supervisors not limiting to the immediate supervisors because they are the once who must be spoiling the relations.
