    Cons

No downside reasons for being a professor at this university.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

The company mindset is positive. A can do attitude by Senior Leadership provides ripple effect to all staff. Our CSO is brilliant and our President is an incredibly strategic businessman. The science behind the product is amazing. High potential based on pipeline. This company is poised for very good things. The work environment is upbeat. The support staff is loyal and hard working.

    Cons

Executive team is too hands on (to the point of micro-managing). Next level Management is pretty sound but not given enough room to make decisions and grow. Executive team would be wise to give more of the reigns to their staff. It would further strengthen an already strong small company. Management still thinks too much like an R&D facility instead of a future Commercial Manufacturing facility (though that is changing slowly).

    Advice to Management

Prolong has a wonderful future and the ceiling is high for the company with our two top leaders being very strong. Advice to Executives, rely on and lean on your staff. They want the responsibility and are willing to run with it. Make sure Quality is considered on every decision going forward.

    Pros

Great company it's cool a place to start a career path.

    Cons

They don't really give equal opportunity employment about religious observance as far as keeping the Sabbath day I have had an interview so many times with the assistant manager said not looking for a person that'll come Saturday but it doesn't say anything about restrictions.

    Advice to Management

If you're posting about EOE then they should really accommodate on religious observance such as Sabbath don't deny people just because they can't work on that day.
