A/C is a small company in Houston which has branches in other parts of the world which allows some travel.

Office is very small which limits visibility within the company. Also it is located on the outskirts of Houston which may not be convenient for some.

Appreciate your employees more. It will help people to be more enthusiastic about their work and in turn they will be happier.
