    Pros

    You get a regular paycheck

    Cons

If you don't belong to the clique, you'll never advance. The HIM division is run by middle-aged catty women that want to be surrounded by adoring fans instead of hard-working employees. Meetings happen and nothing changes. People threaten to quit and act unprofessional and they get rewarded with a promotion.

    Advice to Management

Stop the cliques. Stop the immature commentary

    Pros

very good technical people if left to do their job. The staff understands their role and perform admirably. great co workers and support of each other.

    Cons

Outdated and underfunded product development, too much work going oversees. Micro management prevails and s disconnected rom the team. Many siloes within the organization and lack of ownership of issues resolution. Politics. The CEO is leading the company like a much larger organization, very top heavy and inefficient.

    Advice to Management

New management team needed with employee and customer focused compensation. Good old boy network prevails.

    Pros

Great place to work. Focused on listening to employees and customers. Leadership strives to communicate across the company and take the brand to the next level. Get lots of experience and the ability to broaden your skill set.

    Cons

Mindset from old leadership still carries over, but has become very minimal. Employees are in multiple locations, so it has more of a global feel rather than everyone in one office.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the communication and listening to employees and customers wants and needs .

    Pros

Great environment where employee opinion counts, people work in collaboration and customers get the benefit of dedicated team. Leaders are interested in helping the staff

    Cons

Legacy inept employees continue to create problems and bring morale down. Need to get rid of old, out of date small percentage of employees. Time for them to be out on the street trying to find some other place to spoil or stay at home.

    Advice to Management

    Keep the momentum

    Pros

The management team has promoted diversity and cross training which has added value to my skillset. I have also been afforded the opportunity to gain extensive knowledge of the various facets of the healthcare industry and heightened my awareness of healthcare compliance since the beginning of my tenure.

    Cons

Lots of celebrations and festivities which may require ordering of new chairs to accommodate all of the potential weight gain (LOL)

    Advice to Management

Hire the right people to manage the right employees which will always promote growth.

    Pros

-A paycheck. (even though you could barely call it that)

    Cons

-Management favors certain sites over others
-Zero career development/training for current employees
-Inexperienced Supervisors who believe in the mentality of "the beatings will continue until morale improves".
    -Unrealistic expectations for deployments/projects
    -Management will threaten you
-Little to no communication between service lines
-Little to no communication within service lines
-Little to no communication from direct supervisor (good luck getting a hold of them!)
    -HR is non-existent
-Expectation of you working 60+ hours a week
    -Zero Work/Life balance
-No notification of new job postings within the company (often kept a secret on purpose)
-Management wants you to stay where you are (and possibly pay you less each year)
-Takes over 7 months to hire a new FTE
-Service Desk support is awful however, they'll take a phone call like nobody's business
    -India

    Advice to Management

Senior management needs to focus on pruning middle management. You don't need 4 managers per employee. Check experience when hiring Supervisors/Managers. Don't just hire friends/relatives as managers. Dissolve parts of the India team that are not working and are time inefficient. Don't expect your employees to work over 40 hours, REWARD them when they do! Working more hours does not equal a raise. Push back on the client when given a unrealistic deadline, learn to tactfully say no.

    Pros

Anthelio goes for and has obtained long-term contracts and are constantly going after new fresh business. If you are looking for a place to work for several years without worry, Anthelio is the place to work. They have decent benefits, including sick time and include "floating holidays", as well as good health insurance. The people I work with are really knowledgeable and hard working.

    Cons

Anthelio "acts" like they listen. But in reality they don't. There's a pretense of caring for the employee. The only caring is how much money they make from the client for your work. Each new CEO comes in with new ideas but in the end it boils down to cutting costs and sending jobs overseas. The senior management (all 50 million levels) tell you to come talk to them, and HR says to talk to them, but they fail to say they will not listen. They do not invest in the talent they have. They just bring in more people who will do what you have been asked to be trained to do. Oh, and when new opportunities open, good luck on getting your foot in the door. The door is usually closed with their foot against it. And did I mention HR is hard to contact? Oh, and deception. That's the "best" description of how they operate. And there's always a pretense of communication. But the best and sometimes only communication you have about what is happening is through the office grapevine from the privileged few who cozy up to management and get information. We recently got our contract cut short by 4 months with the promise up to the termination papers came in the mail that we were still in negotiations to extend our contract. So add messing with our lives to the list of "cons".

    Advice to Management

Be honest. Truly honest. You'll get more respect that way. And quit trying to send jobs to India. Listen to your customers about outsourcing before you "kill off" your client base. You have excellent talent within your company (in the US) and if you want cheap, you'll get cheap.
