    Pros

Excellent Training and Trainers casual atmosphere

    Cons

    - Depends on the client team you are assigned to will determine your level of success there - Hard to request a Vacation day and get approved so you have to use your sick time - there are 4 target metrics and it's all or nothing for your job security no batter if you have very high quality calls which is what affects the customer

Amazing corporate sponsors, took great care of our TEAM (2G) at Howard University. Travelled to their headquarters in Chicago for a Diversity case study presentation.

    Cons

Took a lot of my free time while developing a product similar to what they offered and streamline toward college students

    Pros

    great co-workers , close to home .

    Cons

despite what you may have heard or been told role description was not an accurate representation of the responsibilities hired for , nor pay as sent in offer letter that that changed after you are in and have completed contracting and appointed with carriers as a Licensed agent requirements you need to meet and maintain Every state has an insurance exam for health insurance; it's one way the insurance commissioner knows that the agents understand the law. in several states The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requires annual certification of all insurance agents, brokers and health plan marketing staff that will market and sell Medicare Advantage plans, Some health plans require plan-specific training ,and to place a Licensed and certified health insurance sales agents to cover customer service calls with no acess to complete client profile is a waist . system is updating alot or no calls live when is transfered to you by system ,...list to long they are new to medicare market compared to other companies and do not place value on employees as they should .for this position pay is lacking hourly is below avaerage they thing is good but as sales agent in houston is 44k plus over 20k in commision or bonus .

    Advice to Management

The direct leads were willing to help but they are is similar position , you could see the stress they are understaffed and underpaid felt bad for them they are in middle they are the ones having to bring bad news and messangers to advisors higher managment , benefit advisors are on of few groups of employes that bring and make money for company they make and average less then 45k top a year and low seller brings in over 125k in profitt ... what a loss when to do not value agents this example is just enrollment period of about 3 months of selling
