    I worked at Aon Hewitt

    Pros

This is one of the world's leading HR consulting and outsourcing firms. There are a lot of talented folks who work here. The range of clients provides opportunities to work on diverse projects which can keep the rust off of your brain. Virual teams rule making this a great environment for telecommuting which helps with work/life balance.

    Cons

There is more emphasis and support for growing the outsourcing side of the business. On the consulting side there is a continual push to provide clients with templated solutions which limits effectiveness and creativity in some cases. The direction for the consulting side of the business changes continually, flexibility and adaptability are big requirements.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look across the landscape for talent and give growth opportunities to people beyond the main campus.
