    I have been working at Aon as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

    Friendly people, teamwork, relatively nice office, flexible working hours

    Cons

    No focused training or even the introduction of job, old-fashioned management, cumbersome organizational structure, low benefits, lack of challenging tasks even if you perform well and ask for them, little feedback or support from management, ambiguity of tasks and goals, not clear what should be done in order to be successful.

    Invest more in people across all levels and teams
