they are very focused on doing more with less which results in employees being over worked
all talk and no bite or actions from management

Pros – IJP (Internal Job postings) is a good feature of this company.

Cons – Salaries are not that good and many a times it happens that they neglect the worth of person. System sharing is a big problem and juniors face a tough time as they have to stay to complete the work but do not have a system and so keep on finding systems either in training rooms or somewhere else which really creates frustration.

Advice to Senior Management – Should work on Retention and Pay salaries and open oppurtunities for onsite travel at all levels including the juniors. Top management should understand that they should be providing atleast a fix system/laptop in case they want the work to be completed.

Pros – The best thing in AONHewitt is the Open Opportunity Program which allows you to switch roles that fit your requirements. You get a much needed international exposure while working with an array of clients. You also get an opportunity to learn via various types of inhouse and Instructor led trainings. Overall the company gives you an environment in which you can have a work life balance.

Cons – As they say people do not leave organisations but their managers. It holds true over here as well.

Advice to Senior Management – The most important part of our workforce is the Level 7-8. There should be an employee satisfaction survey conducted as well which should be a part of management's goals and responsibilities.

Pros – The best work-life balance you can get is here. The management is open to everyone and you get the opportunity to share your thoughts on almost every aspect related to you!!!!

Cons – The salary may not fold up as fast as your thought process.....but the comfort and trust you have on your organisation is far better than any other organisation I have heard so far!!!!
