Pros
Compared to other automotive service related jobs the pay, benefits, paid time off, and hours are very good.
Cons
Because APCO is a call center based business poor attendance and tardiness is not tolerated. Only pre-scedueled time off is allowed. Therefor this can make it difficult because of the long commutes and traffic congestion in the Atlanta area. And to balance family issues that may cause a person to be late or have to leave work un-scedueled.
Advice to Senior Management
The Senior management at APCO is very good and I believe truly does care about all of the employees.
