“Unorganized”
Former Employee – worked at Apco Signs full-time for less than a year
Pros – The employees are great to work with
Cons – Communication between upper management, HR and department heads is lacking.
I was hired and then let go only after a couple of weeks with no explanation whatsoever except that it was not due to my performance. I had left another job to start a career with this company, and was left unemployed due to their lack of communication.
Advice to Senior Management – Make sure there is a need for the position BEFORE you hire someone and pay to train them.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
