    Pros

It's a fun place to work, everyone enjoys each other's company and is always joking around. There are some great technologies being utilized to solve the toughest problems in healthcare.

Small company size allows for wider scope of responsibilities and chance to make a difference. Company itself has been growing rapidly from a business perspective.

    Cons

As with most small companies, not all of the formal processes are in place. Need to be open to fast pace of change.

    Advice to Management

Continue to put the best people and processes in place.

    Pros

Sells, Sells, Sells! Iterates on customer needs constantly. Prestigious investors. Get-things-done culture. Amazing brain power in research department. Casual office environment. Warm and sunny location. Cutting edge technologies. Futuristic vision. HELPS SAVE LIVES (it's not about tweeting or vanity, it's about saving patient lives. A real impact on the world). Stable growth. Lot of medical industry knowledge so not re-inventing the wheel. Great frontend code structure and quality. :-D

    Cons

There's a slight lack of process which leads to unrealistic expectations due to lack of estimating the scope and cost of tasks, and can be occasionally chaotic.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on keeping employees happy.

    Pros

A great casual work environment, bustling with activity (as a start up should be), yet rock solid in its vision and drive.

    Cons

Really no cons...well other than getting used to a very small environment- which can be hard for some as there is no where to hide!!!

    Advice to Management

Keep guiding us as some of us are new to the start up environment. Keep forging ahead, as we want to succeed.
