Flexible with time off, not a big deal to come in late, people are young and fun, happy hours are frequent, relaxed atmosphere, casual dress, interesting industry and clients

Cons

Lack of communication from management, low salaries, inconsistent feedback, issues ignored until it's too late, one department told one thing while another department is told differently, roles not clearly defined, management is constantly traveling/out of office, lack of planning for the future, too many internal committees and meetings, often launched internal initiatives and didn't follow through

Don't travel so much, communicate with employees on a more regular basis and plan for the future best and worst case scenarios
