Cons – Internal infrastructure can not scale to meet the product claims.
Product is being pushed out before complete.

Pros – There is a decent culture, good product, has lots of potential. There is work fun balance and provides some nice equipment. Good codebase. Some employees and mgmt are friendly.

Cons – Work can be frustrating with not much scope at least if you are a beginner and even tho there is emphasis on transparency, people can get shot down and not everything is revealed at the time of hiring. Sometimes work can be donkey work. Not too much respect given to everyone and there are some in the company who think they are above everyone and can be arrogant and sometimes unhelpful. Employees shift occurs often since this is a mid sized start up and that goes to show they can't keep talent even if they were paid high. There aren't too many employee benefits except for the free food and drinks. Some people get hired out of desperation to fill the gaps.

Advice to Senior Management – Need to provide employee benefits that actually matter. Provide better salaries since it is california.

Cons – Poor sales management. No road Map.

Pros – Smart people, high bar in engineering, fast environment, a startup like atmosphere where everyone's contribution matters and adds value.

Cons – Not really a con, but the growing pains and lessons of working in a successful startup.

Advice to Senior Management – As we grow, continue to make sure that everyone in the company knows how all the other pieces of the company work (through new hire bootcamps).

Continuously re-evaluate and balance the focus of customer satisfaction and new features.

Continue hiring more seasoned professionals across the board.

Pros – Innovative product, technically deep with lots of interesting problems to solve, great team, amazing culture, committed excited people. Disrupting a big market. As an engineer, we work on everything from highly scalable servers and big data to low level systems programming and virtual machine internals to intuitive user interfaces.

Cons – Eat too much of the free food and you could get fat.

Pros – Fast paced startup, with a great management team and tons of opportunity to grow. It's a place where if you are smart and work hard, you can really make an impact.

Cons – Things are moving fast and changing frequently, so if you are resistant to change or unable to handle ambiguity, you will suffer.
