Pros
AppLabs has reached where it is today primarily due the to its current Chairman and MD, Mr Sashi Reddy. He is a man with a great vision. At a time when companies where struggling to run, he foresaw the need of independent third party testing services.
AppLabs has an extremely aggressive work culture. Right from the RFI stage to the proposal, business, engagement initiation ,planning.....closure...the company displays amazing attitude and aggression. This is one of the reasons why applabs has got a decent percentage of repeat business.
As employees, there is a fair amount of recognition for the work done. Performers have enjoyed an amazing growth rate and achieved enormous success.
Overall, it is a great place to work...especially for the testing folks.

Advice to Senior Management
want to pen a lot but i feel it is waste of my time.. I can't imagine why they expect employee's to work as slaves at times. No work/Life balance..
Pros
One of the best testing methodologies in the industry. The training for freshers (college grads) are excellent. For those entering into IT and need QA experience, AppLabs is a good start.
Cons
Poor work-life balance - lower level tester are made to work shifts and even weekend. Sometimes, working for weeks without a break. Room for advancement is limited if you are not from AP or speak the local language. At times, capabilities are over exaggerated.
Advice to Senior Management
Respect your employees. Instill work-life balance. Have diversity within the organization at all levels. Manager training - do not promote someone as managers just because they have been in the company for a long time.
