    Management and training are very good

    Cons

    Long weeks. Very hard to get time off.

    Advice to Management

    Keep helping employees and remember they need family time to keep a good balance.

    Pros

    Health insurance was pretty good along with matching 401K plan that was competitive. Fellow sales employees were good to work with and very helpful with following up with customers.

    Cons

    Upper management was terrible, good ole boy club, very unrealistic, out of touch. Sales reps were blamed for everything, no mistakes, out of stocks, disgruntle drivers, miss picks, not competitive with product, pricing, long hours. Very high turn over after the buy out in sales and other departments.

    Advice to Management

    Your way or the highway is not a good way to manage, motivate or keep employees; company is not the same after the buy out; things have changed! Wake up and smell the coffee!

    Pros

    Great inside sales dept to help take orders, they were trying to keep up with the Bog Boys (US foods & Sysco) with technology

    Cons

    Hours always had to work Sundays

    Advice to Management

    more coverage to give reps weekends off on a rotating basis

    Pros

    Never have the same day twice. Flexible schedule. Work autonomously.

    Cons

    Transportation issues--late trucks, disgruntled drivers. Purchasing challenges--out of stocks/communication. Management seems to have its own agenda regardless of what front line sales thinks.

    great customers, overall go.od products

    Cons

    Management Management and then theres management. Nepatism is rampant. If youre not an ass kisser, you wont be there long. Zero tolerance for new comers who make honest mistakes as they learn the ropes. Judgemental, closed minded, racist, and crude

    Advice to Management

    Stop MICRO Managing, Stop giviong overloaded sales reps with meaningless tasks they are busy enough. Get some people skills and remember, .people in glass houses.............
